MAVERICKK’S MANE POLICIES 🦁🧡🩷 1. Appointments & Scheduling • Appointments are recommended; same day walk-ins accepted if availability allows. • A credit card is required to book. 2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy • 24–48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Late cancellations may incur a 25% cancellation fee. • No-shows may be charged the full amount of the missed service. 3. Deposit Policy (if applicable) • A deposit may be required for services over a certain value or for new clients. • Deposits are non-refundable if canceled within the penalty window. 4. Refund Policy • Services are non-refundable, but I will work with you to fix any issues if notified within 5 days. 5. Children & Guests • Due to limited space and safety concerns, only those receiving services may be in the shop. • Children are welcome for services but must be supervised at all times. 6. Health & Safety • Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell. • We follow strict sanitation protocols for all tools and stations. 7. Service Satisfaction • If you’re not satisfied, please reach out within 3–5 days so I can make it right. • Adjustments are complimentary if requested within this time frame (no additional charge). 8. Pricing & Consultations • Prices may vary based on hair length, texture, and condition. • Complimentary consultations are available and encouraged for color and transformation services.
